Note: This option is only available if the brand has enabled Prepayment Links for all customers.
Prepay for Selected Program(s)
Allocate a specific amount directly to the program(s) you choose.
Log in to a PlayerFirst website.
Go to the Invoices & Payments tab in the sub navigation of your account.
Select Make Prepayment.
Select Prepay for Selected Program(s).
Select Program(s): Search and select the program(s) which you want to make the prepayment for.
Prepayment Program Table: After selecting a program, fields will populate within the Prepayment Program Table.
# of Registrations: Enter the total number of registrations or click Register by Division to enter the number of teams registering for each specified division.
Notes: Add any details to how the prepayment should be used.
Prepayment Amount: Enter the prepayment amount. A portion of the prepayment amount will cover the PlayerFirst Platform Fee.
By default, the program price + the PlayerFirst Platform Fee will be displayed in the field. Enter a total amount to ovveride the value.
Click Continue.
Select the Billing Profile and Payment Method.
Click Make Payment.
Make a General Prepayment
NOTE: A General Prepayment is not associated to any specific program and will act as a brand-specific credit on the customer's account until it is used during checkout.
Log in to a PlayerFirst website.
Go to the Invoices & Payments tab in the sub navigation of your account.
Select Make Prepayment.
Select Make a General Prepayment.
Prepayment Amount: Enter the Prepayment Amount.
Notes: Add any details on how the prepayment should be used.
Click Continue.
Select the Billing Profile and Payment Method.
Click Make Payment.
