How to Add Field Availability

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Location > Locations.

  3. Find the location you want to add a field/court availability to. Click the number under the Fields/Courts column.

  4. Check the checkbox next to the field(s) you want to add availability to, then scroll down Create Availability header.

  5. Enter the necessary information to set up availability.

    • Block Availability: Enable to prevent any bookings within the timeframe.

    • Billed: Enable to bill any bookings within the timeframe.

    • Reserve for Brand: Assign a Brand for this specific field availability.

    • Reserve for Program: Assign a program for this specific field availability.

    • Start/End: Enter the date and times this availability will take place between.

    • Recurrence: If this availability is recurring, select Weekly.

      • If this availability is recurring, choose the days in which it recurs.

      • If this availability is recurring, choose the end date for the recurrence.

  6. Click Review Dates, and make whatever date specific changes you may need to.

  7. Click Save Dates.
