Understanding the Sections of an Invoice

The Bill To Section

The Bill To section of an invoice is the PlayerFirst account that is responsible for paying the invoice.

  • The first line is the Name of the individual, along with the Relation to Athlete.

  • The second and third line will be the users Billing Address.

  • Click the Eyeball button to view the users PlayerFirst account.

  • Click the Pencil button to edit which profile on the account should be the Bill To.

The Top Right Section

The Top Right section includes some quick actions and some higher level invoice information.

Buttons/Fields

Definitions

Message Button

Email the invoice the the customer.

.PDF Button

Download the Invoice as a .PDF.

Trash Can Button

Delete the invoice.

Consult your RDSO, Region, and/or PlayerFirst Support before deleting an invoice.

Invoice #

A unique number given for the invoice.

Created

The date and time the invoice was created.

Due Date

The date the invoice is due. Click the Calendar icon to the right of the date .

Last Modified

The date and time the invoice was last modified.

Payment Due

The date and amount due for the invoice.

Created By

The account that created the invoice.

Customer ID

The Account ID of the Bill To. If clicked, it will take you to the customers account.

Platform Fee

The Platform Fee percentage applied to the invoice.

Purchasing Class

If the invoice needs to be cloned, do so here.

Consult your RDSO, Region, and/or PlayerFirst Support before deleting an invoice.

Estimated Values

Will display as Yes or No if the invoice contains estimated values.

Invoice Items

The Invoice Items section shows all invoice items, each item's cost, and the balance on each.

Click on an Invoice Item to View More Information.

  • DO NOT edit the cost or quantity of an invoice item without consulting your Region or PlayerFirst Support first.

  • DO NOT delete a line item without consulting your Region or PlayerFirst Support first.

  • Click the Download Waivers button to download the athlete's waivers that were signed.

Payment Schedule and History

Any scheduled or processed payments will display in this section of the invoice. It will also display any concessions, prorates, and/or refunds applied.

  • Click on each line to view more information.

  • Click the Dollar button at the top to add a new payment/concession.

  • Click the Calendar button at the top to schedule a payment for the invoice.

  • If the payments need to be re-allocated, you'll see an Auto Reallocate button at the top. Click that to help fix the invoice.
