The Age Verification page is where admins review proof-of-age documents (birth certificates) that athletes have uploaded, and confirm or decline them against the athlete's stated birthdate.

Find the Age Verification page — reach it from User Management.
Filter the list — narrow it down to specific profiles, brands, or verification status.
Review and confirm or decline a proof of age — approve the document and birthdate, or decline it and request a new one.
1. How to Find the Age Verification Page
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Users > Management.
Click the dropdown next to the page title and select Age Verification.
NOTE: Age Verification isn't its own left-nav link — it's only reachable through this dropdown on the Users Management page.
2. How to Filter the List
On the Age Verification page, use the filters:
User Profile
Brand
Status — Any, Confirmed, or Unconfirmed.
Click Filter.
NOTE: Only profiles that are either already verified, or have a proof-of-age document on file waiting for review, appear on this page.
3. How to Review and Confirm or Decline a Proof of Age
In the table, find a profile with a proof of age waiting for review — these show a Review (magnifying glass) button in the Actions column. This button only appears for profiles that haven't been verified yet.
Click Review to open the Verify Birthdate window, showing the uploaded proof document and a Birthdate field.
Confirm the birthdate matches the document, adjusting it if needed.
Choose one:
Click Save Verification to confirm. This marks the profile as verified and emails the athlete/guardian that their proof of age was confirmed.
Click Decline to reject it. Confirm "Delete the birth certificate and notify the user a new document is required?" This deletes the uploaded document and emails the athlete's guardian(s) that a new one is required.
NOTE: Declining permanently deletes the uploaded document — the athlete will need to upload a new one.
