How to Create a PlayerFirst Account

NOTE: Your PlayerFirst account is the same for all brands on the PlayerFirst technology platform.


  1. Go to the desired club/event website.

  2. On the top navigation, click the Login button.

  3. On the Log In page, click Create an Account.

  4. Follow the prompts to create your account.

How to View and Edit an Athlete Profile

  1. Log in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.

  3. On the sub-navigation bar, click Household.

  4. To edit an Athlete's information, click the arrow next to their name.

  5. Update the information and click Save.

How to Reset Your Password

NOTES:

  • All passwords require at least 8 characters and at least one number.

  • When a password is changed, all profiles within the account will receive a text and/or email notifying them of the change.

  • All family members should be using the same username and password to log in to their PlayerFirst Account.


  1. Go to the desired club/event Login page.

  2. Enter the email or username associated with your PlayerFirst account.

  3. Click One-Time Code or Use Password.

  4. Click I forgot my password.

  5. Select whether you want to receive the One-Time Code via email or text.

  6. Enter the code sent to you via email or text.

    • The One-Time Code expires after 10 minutes. If the code expires, or you did not receive the code, click Resend Code.

  7. Click Continue to log in to your account or click Reset Password Now to update your password.

    • If Reset Password Now is selected, enter and confirm your new password and click Reset Password.

How to Change Your PlayerFirst Password after Logging In

  1. Log in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.

  3. On the sub-navigation bar, click Username & Password..

  4. New Password: Type out your desired password.

  5. Repeat Password: Type out your desired password.

  6. Click Save.

How to Delete a Profile on an Account

To have a profile within an account deleted or merged, fill out the form using the link below. A member of our team will update the account, and will contact you once it is complete.

How to Delete a User Account

  1. Log in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.

  3. On the sub-navigation bar, click Username & Password.

  4. Click the Delete Account.

  5. Confirm deletion of this account.
