All family members should be using the same username and password to log in.
How to Log In With Your Username, Email, or Phone Number
On the Log In page, enter the email, username, or phone number associated with your PlayerFirst account.
Click the Use Password button.
Enter your password.
Click the Log In button.
How to Log In With a One-Time Code
Enter the email or username associated with your PlayerFirst account.
Click the One-Time Code button.
Select whether you want to receive the One-Time Code via email or text.
Enter the code sent to you via email or text.
The One-Time Code expires after 10 minutes. If the code expires, or you did not receive the code, click Resend Code.
Click the Verify Code button.
