How to Add an Access Code for an Account

Updated over 7 months ago

Note: Access codes are primarily used as alternative logins to the PlayerFirst Club app, where the original account holder can give access to one or more profiles on their account without sharing their account's username and password.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click User > Users.

  3. Search for the user account you want to do this for.

  4. Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to view.

  5. Click Access Codes in the top navigation.

  6. Click the Plus button to create a new access code.

  7. Type in the username for the access code if the username should be unique; otherwise, the access code will work with the family’s username.

  8. Check the Allow Changes check box if this access code should have editing privileges. These include the ability to update attendance, message coaches, update payment information, and edit user profiles.

  9. Select which Athlete(s) this Access Code should have access to. When logged in with this access code, the user will be able to see that athlete’s team roster, schedule, and, with editing privileges, be able to email the athlete’s team.

  10. Click Create Access Code
