How to Send a Message from a Team Page

Log in to a PlayerFirst website.

Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.

On the sub-navigation bar, click Teams.

Find the team you want to message and press the Team Info button.

Click the Message option.

Select Recipients from the team. You may select all or choose specific recipients.
​You can select just the parents, or you can select players and parents.

Select Additional Recipients. Add your team’s coaches, directors, and team managers to the list of recipients.

Add Message Details.
​Note: You can send to other profiles as well as additional emails that were not listed with the original team. You can add up to 20 more programs in “Associated program(s)” to message from here.

Compose your Email.

Click Preview Message or Click Send Messages to send the email immediately.
