How to Switch Profiles

Sign in to your PlayerFirst Club app.

Select whether you are a Parent/Guardian or an Athlete.

Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.

Press the profile name in the top right. A pop-up will allow you to select which profile you want to switch to.
