How to Assign a Primary Contact to a Team

Notes:

  • Assigning a primary contact to a team is only for teams that have registered for an event.

  • When scheduling events, the scheduler only focuses on the primary coach to when trying to avoid coach conflicts

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Team > Team Reporting.

  3. In the Program search box, select the program with the team you want to assign a primary contact to.

  4. In the Division search box, select the division with the team you want to assign a primary contact to.

  5. Click the name of the team you want to assign a primary contact to.

  6. Click the Filter button.

  7. Click Coaches & Managers in the sub-navigation.

  8. Click the X next to the coach you want to assign as the primary contact.

  9. Click the βœ” to make that coach this primary contact.
