How to Send Product Emails from the Shop Page

Use this tool to communicate with users who bought a specific shop item. This communication will be relayed to all users who bought the product via email and the Club App.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.

  3. On the left side, select the check boxes for all products you wish to send communication for.
    Note: If the product has multiple product types, you will need to select the specific products in order to send the email to each products' purchaser. To view all product types, select the arrow on the far right of the Shop table.

  4. Once the Product(s) that you wish to email about are selected, click the More Options button at the top of the table, and click Message Selected.

  5. Message Details

    1. Sender Profile: Change this if the ‘from’ email should be different than the automated brand name.

    2. Reply To: If entered, this email will receive any replies to the communication.

    3. CC Profiles: This will tag a user profile to the email and allow the message to show up in their communications history as well as the club app, where applicable.

    4. Send to Additional Emails: Enter any additional emails you wish to send the communication to. Separate each email added with a space, comma, or semicolon.

    5. Associated Program(s): Add which program(s) the communication corresponds with.

  6. Add a Subject line for your message.

  7. Create your message in the Email and Club App Message space using the editor.

  8. Click Preview Message to see preview the message you created.

  9. Click Send Messages.
