Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Create Message.
Select Your Brand(s): Leave the default brand selected. Click Next.
This step may not be viewable based on your permissions,
What Type of Message Are You Sending? Select the Message Type and click Next.
What Groups are Receiving this Message?
Ensure that you have the following groups selected:
Athletes, Parents, Coaches, Team Managers, & Imported Profiles Without Any PlayerFirst Registrations. Click Next.
Narrow Down Your List: Select Profile Tags and click Next.
Select Tags to Include: Select the tags the communication should be sent to, and click Next.
Confirm the number of recipients looks correct, and build out your email.
