Creating a New Message Template
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Messaging Templates.
To the right of the Search Programs bar, click the Add button.
On the Edit page, fill out the fields as necessary.
Global Template: Enable this field if the template should be used across brands.
Template Name: Give the template a name.
Description: Provide a brief description for the template.
Active: Enable this field.
Note: The Active field must be enabled for a template to be available in the Communication process.
Customize the template using the Content Editor.
Once complete, click Save.
Editing an Existing Message Template
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Messaging Templates.
Use the Message Templates table to search and find the template that needs to be editied.
In the Actions column, click the Pencil button to edit the template.
