Divisions split a program into groups, such as age groups or skill levels. You can add divisions, copy one to reuse its settings, edit one or many at a time, or delete a division that hasn't been used.

Why aren't my new divisions showing on the website?
New divisions start as Not Listed. Set List Publicly to Appear in lists on public site on each division, or for several at once on the Edit Multiple Divisions page.
What gets copied when I copy a division?
What gets copied when I copy a division?
Fields Copied: all of the division's settings, including its cost and tryout cost overrides, dates, capacity, registration settings, division questions and their answer options, and age and experience requirements.
The copy is named after the original with " Copy" added, for example U12 Girls Copy.

A division can't be deleted if it has any purchases. Waitlisted registrations count as purchases. Teams and rosters don't block deleting.

Yes. Deleted divisions stay in the Divisions table. Click Restore on the division's row.
How to Create a Division
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil button next to your desired program.
Click Divisions in the sub navigation.
Click the Plus button to bring up the add divisions modal.
Type in the number of divisions you want to add.
Click Add Divisions.
NOTE: New divisions are named New Division, aren't listed publicly, and use the program's cost and settings until you change them.
How to Copy a Division
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil button next to your desired program.
Click Divisions in the sub-navigation.
On the Divisions table, click the Copy button on the Division row you would like to copy.
Click Yes.

On the Divisions table, click the Pencil button on the Division row you would like to edit.
How to Edit Multiple Divisions at One Time

On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil button next to your desired program.
Click Divisions in the sub navigation.
Click the More Options button above the Divisions table, then click Edit Multiple Divisions.
Option 2

On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil button next to your desired program.
Click Divisions in the sub navigation.
Click the Pencil button at the top of the Divisions table to enable editing within the table.
How to Delete a Division
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil button next to your desired program.
Click Divisions in the sub navigation.
Click the Trash Can button in the row of the division that needs to be deleted. A confirmation will display confirming that you want to delete the division. Click Yes.
NOTES:
A Division cannot be deleted if the division has one or more purchases.
To bring a deleted division back, click Restore on its row.
