What is the Roster Privacy Setting?
Roster Privacy determines if a roster will be visible to the public, and who it will be visible to. The following options can be picked:
Hidden: The rosters for teams within this program are hidden to all athletes, parents, and the public. Athletes will only see themselves on the roster.
Visible to Same Team: Athletes and parents will be able to see the full team roster for their team only.
Public: Anyone visiting a PlayerFirst website will be able to see the full team roster for every team in this program.
For rosters to be visible within the Club App, the Roster Privacy field for the program or division must be set to Visible to Same Team or Public.
How to Update Roster Privacy for the Program
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Click the Basics tab in the sub navigation.
Roster Privacy: Choose your privacy setting.
Hidden: The rosters for teams within this program are hidden to all athletes, parents, and the public. Athletes will only see themselves on the roster.
Visible to Same Team: Athletes and parents will be able to see the full team roster for their team only.
Public: Anyone visiting a PlayerFirst website will be able to see the full team roster for every team in this program.
Click Save Program.
How to Update Roster Privacy for a Specific Division
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Click Divisions in the sub navigation.
On the Divisions table, click the on the division row you would like to edit.
Override Program Roster Privacy: Choose your privacy setting.
Hidden: The rosters for teams within this program are hidden to all athletes, parents, and the public. Athletes will only see themselves on the roster.
Visible to Same Team: Athletes and parents will be able to see the full team roster for their team only.
Public: Anyone visiting a PlayerFirst website will be able to see the full team roster for every team in this program.
Click Save Program.
