What do Visibility Settings do?
Visibility settings for a component on a PlayerFirst website determine when specific parts of your webpage are visible to visitors of your site.
If no dates are entered in the fields, your component will always be visible.
If the Visible On date is set in the future, visitors will not be able to see the component when they view the page until the specified date. Admin will be able to see the component when they are editing the page.
If the Visible Through date is in the past, visitors will not be able to see the component when they view the webpage. Admin will be able to see the component when they are editing the page.
How to Set Visibility Settings for a Component
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
Navigate to the page that needs to be edited, and click Edit Page.
Click on the component here the Visibility Settings need to be set.
On the right-hand settings menu, scroll down to the Visible On and Visible Through fields. Enter the appropriate dates.
