To purchase a Gate or Parking ticket to an event, there are 3 places where you may be able to do so.
On the brand website.
On the Access App.
Not all brands will have this option available.
Walk-in purchases at the event using PF Pay.
Not all brands will have this option available.
Purchasing Tickets on a Brand Website
Go to the desired event website.
Some sites may have a page dedicated to purchasing tickets, while others may have ticket information on the event's specific page.
Find the ticket that needs to be purchased, and add the quantities as necessary.
Once quantities for the necessary tickets is complete, click Next.
On the next screen, fill out the required information. This may be fields like "First Name", "Last Name", and/or "Email". Once done, click Add to Cart.
Once added to the cart, you will have the option to Continue Shopping, or to Go to Cart.
Once you arrive at the cart, confirm the items in the cart are correct, then click Start Checkout.
If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create an account to proceed.
On the Billing/Shipping Information page, add or select your Bill To name and Address. Once done, click Continue.
On the Payment page, select the appropriate payment method or add a new method. Confirm all information is correct, then click Complete Order.
Once the order is complete, you will be sent an email that has the invoice information, and the QR codes for the tickets that were purchased.
Accessing Purchased Tickets on a Brand Website
Go to the desired event website, and log in to the account that purchased the Gate/Parking tickets.
Once logged in, hover over the User icon in the top right, and click My Account.
On the Household page, click the Invoices & Payments tab.
Under the Recent Invoices header, find the invoice related to the passes purchased.
Purchasing Tickets on the Access App
NOTE: Not all brands will use the Access App to sell gate and/or parking.
Download the PF Access App on your IOS or Android device.
Open the PF Access app.
Search for an event or browse the nearby events shown.
Press Shop in the lower right-hand corner and select Shop Gate.
Press Add and select the quantity (if applicable).
Press Continue.
Enter your phone number, then enter the one-time-code sent to the phone number you entered.
On the Checkout screen, add a Payment Method and fill out the Billing Address Information.
If you’re using Apple Pay:
Payment Method and Billing Address Information will not need to be filled out when using Apple Pay. Press the Apple Pay icon at the bottom to check out.
To remove an item from your cart, swipe left on the item In Your Cart. Press Delete.
Press Pay.
Accessing Purchased Tickets on the Access App
Download the PF Access App on your iOS or Android device.
Open the PF Access app.
Search for the event you bought your gate/parking for.
NOTE: Not all events are on the Access App.
After selecting the event, press the Shop button in the bottom right.
Press View Event Purchases.
If you have no done so already, you will be prompted to log in.
Once logged in, you will see past purchases for the event that are tied to the account you logged in with.
