How to Log in as a Director
Get the Director Code for your Event
Log in to your PlayerFirst website.
On the dashboard of your site, go to the Schedule>Leagues & Tournaments page.
Find your event in the Leagues & Tournaments table, find your event and click the event name.
On the Edit Tournament page, locate the Director Code for your event.
Log in to the Access App as a Director
Open the PF Access app.
Press I have an event code.
Enter the Director 10-digit code.
Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Scoring with a Director Code in the Access App
Users signed in with the Director Code in the Access App have the ability score keep for an event. Use the link below to learn more about scorekeeping.

Viewing Event Codes as a Director on the Access App
Open the PF Access app.
Press I have an event code.
Enter the Director 10-digit code.
Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Press the Dashboard button on the bottom navigation.
Press the View Event Codes tile.
The Event Codes page will display all event codes for your event.
How to Send a Broadcast Message for an Event as a Director
Open the PF Access app.
Press I have an event code.
Enter the Director 10-digit code.
Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Press the Dashboard button on the bottom navigation.
Press the Send Broadcast Message tile.
On the Broadcast Compose page, add the message Subject and Body message.
Once complete, press Send Broadcast.
How to View Product Sales as a Director on the Access App
Open the PF Access app.
Press I have an event code.
Enter the Director 10-digit code.
Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Press the Dashboard button on the bottom navigation.
Press the Product Sales tile.
At the top of the Product Sales page, filter by Date Range to get different views of how your products are selling.
NOTE: The During Event filter will only be available once your event begins.
