Updating a Brand's A/R Emails

Adding an Email Address to the CC of the A/R Messages

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. Click on the Orders tab.

  4. Find the AR Message CC field. Add up to 20 email addresses to be added as a CC to all upcoming A/R Emails.

Adding Additional Text to A/R Emails

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. Click on the Orders tab.

  4. Find the AR Message Additional Custom Text field. Add custom text to insert an additional message to the AR Message Standard Text.
