How to Purchase a College Coach Packet
Go to the desired event website.
Some sites may have a page dedicated to purchasing Coach Packets, while others may have Coach Packet information on the event's specific page.
Find the Coach Packet that needs to be purchased, and add the quantities as necessary.
Once quantities for the necessary packets are complete, click Next.
On the next screen, fill out the required information. This may be fields like "Coach First Name", "Coach Last Name", "Coach Phone", "Coach Email", and "School". Once done, click Add to Cart.
Once added to the cart, you will have the option to Continue Shopping, or to Go to Cart.
Once you arrive at the cart, confirm the items in the cart are correct, then click Start Checkout.
If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create an account to proceed.
On the Billing/Shipping Information page, add or select your Bill To name and Address. Once done, click Continue.
On the Payment page, select the appropriate payment method or add a new method. Confirm all information is correct, then click Complete Order.
What are Digital Coach Packets?
Digital Coach Packets provide college coaches and recruiters with a centralized view of athlete, team, and event information—including rosters, schedules, standings, profiles, and recruiting data—to streamline talent evaluation before, during, and after events.
In order to have access to a Digital Coach Packet, you must be a current college coach or recruiter, who has purchased the Coach Packet for an upcoming/past event on PlayerFirst.
How to View a Digital College Coach Packet
Log in to a PlayerFirst website where you have purchased a college coach packet previously.
Ensure that you are logging in to the account you purchased the College Coach Packet on.
Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.
On the sub-navigation bar, click Coach Packet.
The Coach Packet page will be split into 3 sections based off past purchases on your account.

Past Events
Event Access is disabled 90 days after the event concludes. To re-gain access to a past event, reach out to the brand directly.
Click on the event tile you want to view the Coach Packet for.
Once an event is clicked, you will be brought to that event's Teams & Schedules page. Scroll or search to find a team.
Once a team is clicked on, you will be brought to that team's roster page. To view an athlete's recruiting profile.
NOTE: Athletes must opt-in to allow their recruiting profile to be visible. If the athlete has not opted-in, their recruiting profile will not be visible.
How to Leave Internal Notes on an Athlete's Recruiting Profile
Log in to a PlayerFirst website where you have purchased a college coach packet previously.
Ensure that you are logging in to the account you purchased the College Coach Packet on.
Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.
On the sub-navigation bar, click Coach Packet.
Click on the event tile you want to view the Coach Packet for.
Search and click on the team you would like to view.
Click on the Athlete Name on the roster in which you would like to leave a note for.
On the athlete's recruiting page, navigate to the Notes section at the bottom of the page. Leave notes and comments as necessary.
NOTE: Notes and comments made on the athlete recruiting profile will only be visible to you, and the other coaches apart of your university.
How to Download an Individual Roster on a Digital Coach Packet
Log in to a PlayerFirst website where you have purchased a college coach packet previously.
Ensure that you are logging in to the account you purchased the College Coach Packet on.
Hover over the user icon in the top right and click My Account.
On the sub-navigation bar, click Coach Packet.
Click on the event tile you want to view the Coach Packet for.
Search and click on the team you would like to view.
On the team's Roster page, click the Download Roster button.
