NOTES:
Kiosk Mode must be disabled in order to manage transactions, refunds, & new receipts.
The PF Pay App will only store transactions completed on the device per user. If a user logs out on the app, the transaction history and sales data will be cleared.
Select the Transactions tab at the bottom of the screen.
Search for an invoice by invoice number or by the last 4 digits of the credit card with the search bar. Select the invoice you would like to view.
To issue a refund, press the Refund button at the top of the selected invoice.
To email a new receipt, press the New Receipt button at the top of the selected invoice.
