How to Create a New Program from Scratch
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
To the right of the Search Programs bar, click the + Button.
Program Basis: Select A new program from scratch.
What platform handles registration?
Select the platform that will handle registration.
Insurance Questions
Enter the number of days an athlete will be participating in the program.
Select whether or not the program includes athletes participating in sports.
If Yes…
Select whether or not the program is sanctioned by a 3rd party.
If Yes…
Enter the name of the 3rd party.
Select whether or not the 3rd party will be providing insurance for the program.
Select whether or not the program is an Overnight or Day program.
Details
Program Name: Enter the name of the program you are creating.
Classing: Select the financial class that corresponds with the program you are creating.
Service Start/Service End: Add the dates your program will begin and end.
Fiscal Year: Add the fiscal year for the program.
Start/Stop Showing: Add the date range you want to program to be public.
Time Zone: Select the time zone for where your program will be held.
Click Create Program.
How to Copy a Previously Created Program
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
To the right of the Search Programs bar, click the + Button.
Program Basis: Select either Next year's version of a prior program or A new program based on the copy of a prior program.
Copy from Brand: Select the brand in which the program is in that is being copied.
Note: You will only be able to select brands you have the necessary roles for.
Copy from Program: Search and select the program that should be copied.

How to Edit an Existing Program
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Find the program you want to edit and click the Pencil icon on its row.
Make the necessary edits. Click through the tabs in the sub-navigation to find more settings regarding your program.
