Sign in to the PlayerFirst website where the Partner Product will live.
On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.
In the upper right corner, click the Plus Icon.
Number of Products: Enter the number of products to be created.
Associated Program: Select the associated program.
Category: Select from the dropdown menu.
For GearUp - select Apparel Sales: Non-Uniform
Click Create Products.
Fill out the information necessary for your products…
Name: Enter the name of the product.
Type: Enter the product type.
Notes: This can be selected from a previously created type, or a user can create a new type. This field can be skipped.
SKU: Enter the SKU for the product.
Price: Enter the cost of each product.
Liability Amount and Liability GL: Enter the Liability Amount and GL for the product.
Start Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.
Stop Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.
Time Zone: Select the time zone that should be used for the Start Showing time, Stop Showing time, Valid Use Starts time, and the Valid Use Ends time.
For Sale on Site: Enable to display publicly.
Profile Required: Enable to require an athlete be on the customers account before purchasing.
Shipping Required: Enable this field.
Available to Partner: Enable this field.
For Sale on PF Pay: Enable to have the item show on PF Pay.
PF Pay Price: If the price displayed on PF Pay is different then the price shown on web/the Access App, add the price here.
Stock Method: Note: If limiting availability, ensure Stock Method is set to Sell Stock Only and Available Stock has a set quantity (ex: 25).
Ignore Stock: Select this option if the product has unlimited stock.
Sell Stock then Waitlist: Select this option if the product has a limited stock quantity and an available waitlist.
Sell Stock Only: Select this option if the product has a limited stock quantity.
Available Stock: If the Stock Method was set to Sell Stock Only or Sell Stock then Waitlist, enter the available stock quantity.
Available Waitlist: If the Stock Method was set to Sell Stock then Waitlist, enter the available waitlist quantity.
Description: Type a description for your product.
Product Variants: To add product variants, you must first publish your product.
As Add On: To enable as an Add-On, you must first publish your product. Enable to have the product be an add on for specific programs.
Receipt Email Details: Any text entered here will appear on the purchaser’s email receipt.
Click Continue.
Find the product that was just created, and click the Pencil icon.
On the Product Details page, use the table to navigate to the As Add On column. Click Shopping Cart button.
On the Product Add On page, click the Plus button at the top of the table, and fill out the necessary information…
Order: This is the order the product will appear on the page for customers.
EX: “1” will display at the top of the page, “2” will show underneath, etc.Start Showing/Stop Showing: Enter the dates for the product add-on to show. If left blank, the product will always show.
Add-On for Sports, Brands, Program Type, Programs, Divisions, & Teams: Specify for who the add-on product will be displayed.
Show During Registration: Select if you want the add-on to display as a Brand Recommendation, Marketplace Recommendation, or Neither.
Show During Waivers: Enable to show the add-on to parents & athletes during waiver completion.
Automatic: Enable to have the add-on automatically selected.
Required: If enabled, customers will not be able to deselect the product.
Featured: If enabled, the product will be displayed as a featured product.
Click Save.
