How to Edit a Program Page

Editing the Program Page Header

  1. Program Name

    • The Program Year and Program Name will pull from the backend.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Basics Tab. The Program Year and Program Name will be displayed towards the top of the page.

  2. Promo Text

    • The Promo Text is a very short promotion for your program. Edit this using the Promo Text field when editing your program.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Basics Tab > Scroll to the bottom of the page to find and edit the Promo Text field.

  3. Program Dates

    • The Program Dates will pull from the backend.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Reporting Tab. The Event Start and Event End Dates will be displayed towards the top of the page.

  4. Register Button

    • The Register Button text can be edited when editing your program. The default text that is displayed is “Register”.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Registration Tab. The Registration Button Text field will be displayed on the right-side of the page.

  5. Long Promo Text

    • The Long Promo Text is any promotional information for your program that you want displayed on the header of your program page.. Edit this using the Long Promo Text field when editing your program.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Basics Tab > Scroll to the bottom of the page to find and edit the Long Promo Text field.

  6. Program Location

    • The Program Location will pull from the backend.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Basics Tab. The Display Primary Location field must be enabled for it to show.

        • If the Primary Location field is filled out, it will be displayed on the header.

        • If the Primary Location and Secondary Location fields are filled out, “Multiple Locations” will be displayed.

  7. Logo Image

    • The Logo Image that is displayed can be edited when editing your program.

      • Program > Registration Details > Edit Program > Basics Tab. The Logo Image field can be found towards the top of the page.

Adding Content to a Program Page

Add content to the bottom of a program page within tabs to provide customers with up-to-date information regarding your event.

  1. Go to the frontend program page that you want to edit.

  2. If there are already tabs at the bottom of the program, click Edit Tab. If there are no tabs, click Add Tab.

    • If adding a tab, a modal will display. Give the tab a Title, and add the Display and URL settings. Click Create Tab.

  3. Use the PF Web Builder to build out content within the tab.

Shared Tabs on Program Pages

Shared Tabs can be used to add content to ALL programming pages across a site.

  1. Go to the frontend program page that you want to edit.

  2. If there are already tabs at the bottom of the program, click Edit Tab. If there are no tabs, click Add Tab.

    • If adding a tab, a modal will display. Give the tab a Title, and enable the Share Page field under the Display header.

    • If an existing tab needs to be converted to a Share Page, first click on the tab. After the tab is selected, click the Settings button (the cog) at the top of the page. Enable the Share Page field.

  3. Use the PF Web Builder to build out content within the tab.

Renaming Tabs on Program Pages

  1. Go to the frontend program page that you want to edit.

  2. Click on the tab that needs to be renamed.

  3. After the tab is selected, click the Settings button (the cog) at the top of the page.

  4. Rename the tab using the Title field.
