Why can't I see any data on the UCVerified App?

If you cannot see any data on the UCVerified App, it may be one of the issues below:

  1. You have not subscribed your athlete to UCVerified. A subscription is required to view any camp data and the Rookie access level is free. Please note that downloading the app is not the same as subscribing to UCVerified. Subscribe here.

      • “Browse Camps” is displayed under your athletes name.

    • You do not have an active subscription under My Account in PlayerFirst. How to view your active subscriptions…

      • Log into your PlayerFirst Account → Invoices & Payments → Subscriptions

      • Below is a breakdown of the subscription tiers for UCVerified.

        • Rookie (Free)

        • All-Star ($79.99/Year)

        • All-American ($139.99/Year)

  2. Camp results may not be posted yet.

    • Camp results will be ready to view in the UCVerified app 7-10 days after the camp your athlete attended. You will receive an email to the email address your registered with when results are posted.

  3. Ensure you're logging in with the right credentials.

    • You should log in to the UCVerified App using the same credentials you used to register for camp.
