Exporting Rosters from NCAA/BBCS
Export the event rosters from NCAA/BBCS like you normally would.
Ensuring the Export fits the PlayerFirst Upload Template
Download the PlayerFirst Roster Template HERE.
Ensure that the headers in the export match the headers on the template.
If the headers do not match, copy and paste from the export into the template accordingly.
Uploading the NCAA/BBCS Export to PlayerFirst
Login to your PlayerFirst website.
Go to the Team>Team Reporting page. Enter the program in the Program filter, and click Filter.
Once filtered, switch to the Rosters tab.
Click the + button above the table.
On the Import Players page, Select NCAA as the Data Source, and upload your data in the PlayerFirst Roster Template. Click Continue.
NOTE: It may take several minutes for all of the athletes to be created, depending on the upload size.
Emailing Waivers to Uploaded Athletes
Go to the Team>Team Reporting page. Enter the program in the Program filter, and click Filter.
Once filtered, switch to the Rosters tab.
Click the Customize Table button above the table. A modal will appear...
Change the Waiver OK and Quick Waiver fields to No. Click Save.
The table will now display all athletes who do not have a valid waiver. On each page of the table, click the field in the top right to select all.
Once all athletes are selected, click the Message button at the top of the table. A modal will display. Click Preview to view the message, or click Yes to send out the waiver email.
