Previously: An invoice without a real Due Date used its Created Date for display, but had no actual due date in the database, so Minimum Payments processing never treated it as past due.
Update: The invoice creation date is now saved as the due date in the database when none exists.

Previously: Auto-reallocate's order of operations performed poorly on invoices with multiple refunds.
Update: The order of operations was updated to better reallocate invoices, including those with multiple refunds.

PlayerFirst Login Workflow Update
Redesigned login workflow with a simplified account creation process.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for backend users, applied per brand: using "Switch Brand" keeps a user logged in without re-MFA, but visiting a brand's site directly (not via Brand Switcher) while logged out requires MFA. MFA is valid for 90 days per brand.
Payment Plan Installment Fees
Club Season Programs created after August 15, 2023 now require a $10 minimum installment fee per scheduled payment.

Discount Codes (GWU-2001)
Update: Clicking the eyeball icon in the Actions column on Discount Codes now opens a table showing First Name, Last Name, User, Invoice ID, From Item, Amount (Discounted), Date Used, and Limit. This applies only to discount codes used from August 23, 2023 onward, not retroactively.
Invoices (GWU-3092)
Previously: "Pay Multiple Invoices > Pay Partial Balance" ordered steps as Confirm Invoices, Payment Amount, Payment Method, Payment Allocations, Payment Complete.
Update: Payment Method now comes after Payment Allocations, ensuring transaction fees display correctly when some invoices are fee-exempt and others aren't.
Lodging Sales/Hotel Admin Link (GWU-2072)
Update: The Hotel Admin Link page (accessible from Lodging > Edit a Lodging Item > Occupancy Report) now supports manual entry of confirmation numbers during the reservation period and Final Pickup Numbers afterward.

Update: The minimum payment is now $1 when no payment is due within 7 days; if a payment is due within 7 days or past due, the minimum equals that due amount.

Previously: Program-level Start/End Date filtering ignored time zones, excluding expected programs.
Update: Filtering by Start/End Date now adds a buffer day on each end to account for time zone differences.

Update: Negative payments are now allowed via External ACH and External Credit Card.

Lodging Sales/Stay to Play: the "select all" checkbox on the Stay to Play table selected an incorrect count (e.g. 501 instead of 500 visible) and could span across tables — both issues are fixed. (GWU-3152)
Sales/Lodging/Product Details/Occupancy Report: cancelling/refunding a hotel reservation via "Cancel/Refund" on the Occupancy Report didn't work as expected — reservations can now be cancelled and refunded/prorated directly from this page. (GWU-3017)
