Row Settings: added 3 preset size options for consistency, and the ability to set margins above/below an individual row.

Miscellaneous: added an icon size option for Social Icons; multi-cell row layout is now consistent across mobile mail clients; linked images can now be swapped via double-click; general performance improvements; image sizing buttons (25/50/75/100) now reflect width consistently across mail clients; right/center image alignment is fixed across mail clients; and backgrounds now save properly.
