When you create an account credit from a paid invoice line item, you can split that credit across several accounts instead of crediting only the original payer. For example, when one family pays for a registration but wants part of that payment credited toward another athlete's account, like a scholarship.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Sales>Invoices, then open the invoice with the paid line item that needs to be credited.
Select the paid line item and click Create account credit.
On the Create Account Credit page, fill in Credit Total (tooltip: "Total amount to be converted into a credit."), Credit Reason, Expiration, and Limit Program Use as usual.
Check Multiple Accounts — "Assign the credit to multiple accounts."
NOTE: The Multiple Accounts checkbox only appears when creating a credit from a paid invoice line item — it isn't available on the other ways to create a credit (like Registered in Program, Expired Credit, or an external system credit).
Click Save.
Saving with Multiple Accounts checked takes you to the Assign Credit to Multiple Accounts page, with two rows to start.
Credit Reason, Expiration, and Limit Program Use are already filled in from the previous page.
For each row, search and select an Account — you can search by name, username, email, or phone number — and enter that account's Credit Amount.
Click the + button to add more rows.
To remove rows, select them and click Delete Selected Rows.
To update several rows at once, use the multi-line edit tool.
Watch Assigned and Remaining at the top of the page as you go — Remaining updates live and turns green once it hits exactly $0.00.
Once Remaining is $0.00, click Save.
