An Opt-In/Form add-on presents a product — typically a partner opt-in or lead-gen form, like NCSA — on its own full screen during registration and waivers, instead of listing it in the regular mixed add-on checklist.
NOTE: Only use this for free ($0) add-ons.
Log in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the pencil button next to the program that needs to be edited, then open its Add-Ons tab.
Above the Add-Ons table, click the Plus sign to add a new add-on.
Fill out the add-on information as necessary. Under the Selection field, choose Takeover Screen — this is PlayerFirst's Opt-In/Form option.
Default is an optional checkbox in the add-on list. Takeover Screen shows the add-on on its own screen during registration and waivers with Add to Order or Skip."
Make sure the product's Price is $0.
Click Save.
