Marking a program as Featured pins it to the top of your public program lists and pages, regardless of its start or end dates.
Overview
Mark a program as featured — a checkbox on the program's Basics tab.
Know what customers see — a static label and where it sorts on the public list.
1. How to Mark a Program as Featured
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click into the program, then open its Basics tab.
Under Promotions, check Featured Program — "Display as featured program on public pages & list."
Click Save.
NOTES:
Featured programs display at the top of public program lists regardless of date. If multiple programs are marked as featured, they will be ordered by start date, with the soonest upcoming program displayed first.
Unchecking Featured Program later returns the program to its normal chronological position based on its start date.
2. What Customers See when a Program is Marked as Featured
A Featured Program label with a star icon appears on the program's card, shown first among any other labels on that card.
The label's color matches your brand's configured Brand Color (Site Settings → Design → Colors).
Featured programs always display first in the list, ordered by start date among themselves (soonest upcoming first). Non-featured programs follow after, in their usual chronological order.
NOTE: The Featured Program label is static — it's a badge, not a clickable filter. Unlike some of the other tag-style labels on a program card, clicking it does nothing.
