How to Recreate an Expired Account Credit

NOTE: Recreating an Expired Account Credit will debit the brand's revenue.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Account Credits.

  3. On the Account Credits page, click the + button.

  4. On the Create Credit page, select Expired Credit.

  5. Search for the User's profile, then click Select Profile(s).

  6. On the following page, fill out the required fields, and click Save.
