Using Filters and Narrowing Down Your Email Recipient List

Overview

Selecting multiple filters will narrow down your recipient list, decreasing the more filters you add.

  • For example, selecting a program and a school will filter to athletes that are both registered for the program and in the school.

Filtering by Program(s)

Use this to filter to recipients linked to programs or divisions.

  1. Select the Programs filter on the Narrow Down Your List table, along with any additional filters that need to be used.

  2. On the Add Recipients from Program(s) page, search and select the programs that need to be filtered by. Enable the fields below depending on what is needed.

    • Exclude All Waitlisted Registrants: Exclude waitlisted athletes/parents, and coaches/managers of waitlisted teams.

    • Only Send to Waitlisted Registrants: Only include waitlisted athletes/parents, and coaches/managers of waitlisted teams.

    • Send to Quick Waivered Athletes: Include athletes that completed a quick waiver.

  3. On the Add Recipients from Division(s) page, select the divisions that should be included in the recipient list.

    • NOTE: You must select at least one division.

Filtering by Team(s)

Use this to filter to specific teams within a program.

  1. Select the Teams filter on the Narrow Down Your List table, along with any additional filters that need to be used.

  2. On the Add Recipients from Program(s) page, search and select the programs that need to be filtered by. Enable the fields below depending on what is needed.

    • Exclude All Waitlisted Registrants: Exclude waitlisted athletes/parents, and coaches/managers of waitlisted teams.

    • Only Send to Waitlisted Registrants: Only include waitlisted athletes/parents, and coaches/managers of waitlisted teams.

    • Send to Quick Waivered Athletes: Include athletes that completed a quick waiver.

  3. On the Add Recipients from Division(s) page, select the divisions that should be included in the recipient list.

    • NOTE: You must select at least one division.

  4. On the Player Status page, enable the necessary fields.

    • Accepted: These players will be auto-placed on teams based on registration settings or they will accept a spot during club team registration invites.

    • Declined: Athletes who have declined a roster spot.

    • Not Responded: Athletes who have not accepted or declined a roster spot.

    • Not on Team: Send only to athletes in selected programs/divisions that are NOT placed on a team.

  5. On the Add Recipients from Team(s) page, select the teams that should be included in the recipient list.

    • NOTE: You must select at least one team.

Filtering by Product Purchases

Use this to filter users who have/have not purchased a specific product.

  1. Select the Product filter on the Narrow Down Your List table, along with any additional filters that need to be used.

  2. On the Add Recipients from Program(s) page, search and select the programs that need to be filtered by. Enable the fields below depending on what is needed.

    • NOTE: This page may not be necessary depending on how you are looking to filter.

      • If you are looking to filter by accounts who purchased a product within a program, add a program.

      • If you are looking to filter by accounts who purchased a product within your whole brand, skip this filter.

  3. On the Add Recipients from Division(s) page, if necessary, select the divisions that should be included in the recipient list.

  4. On the Add Recipients from Product Purchase History page, search and select the product(s) that you're filtering by.

    1. Enable the field below to filter by accounts that have NOT purchased the product.
