How to Create an Event (Coaches & Team Managers)
Sign-in to the PlayerFirst Club app.
Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.
Press the Schedule icon on the bottom navigation.
Press the Add icon in the upper right corner.
Select your Event Type and press Next.
Practice
Enter your Practice Title.
Select the Team the practice is being scheduled for.
Enter and select the Location for the practice.
Enter and select the Field for the practice.
If the Location is TBD for the practice, enable the Location TBD field.
Enter the Start Time for the practice.
Enter the End Time for the practice.
If the Time is TBD for the practice, enable the Time TBD field.
If a recurring event, enable the Recurring field.
Select the days of the week the event will take place on.
Select the Recurrence Type, and enter the Total Occurrences or the End Date.
Select your Time Zone for the practice.
Enter any Uniform Notes for your team.
Enter any Arrival information for your team.
Press Save Event.
Select if you want to notify the Players and/or Parents about the practice added.
Game
Enter your Game Title.
Select the Team the game is being scheduled for.
Enter and select the Opponent the game is scheduled against.
Enter and select the Location for the game.
Enter and select the Field for the game.
If the Location is TBD for the game, enable the Location TBD field.
Enter the Start Time for the game.
Enter the End Time for the game.
If the Time is TBD for the game, enable the Time TBD field.
Select your Time Zone for the game.
Enter any Uniform Notes for your team.
Enter any Arrival information for your team.
Press Save Event.
Select if you want to notify the Players and/or Parents about the game added.
Other Event
Enter your Event Title.
Select the Team the event is being scheduled for.
Enter and select the Location for the event.
If the Location is TBD for the event, enable the Location TBD field.
Enter the Start Time for the event.
Enter the End Time for the event.
If the Time is TBD for the event, enable the Time TBD field.
Select your Time Zone for the event.
Enter any Uniform Notes for your team.
Enter any Arrival information for your team.
Press Save Event.
Select if you want to notify the Players and/or Parents about the practice added.
How to Edit an Event (Coaches & Team Managers)
Sign-in to the PlayerFirst Club app.
Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.
Press the Schedule Tab on the bottom navigation.
Swipe right on the event you wish to make changes to and press the Edit icon.
OR
Select the event you wish to make changes for and press the kebob button in the top right, then press Edit Event.Make edits to desired fields.
Press save.
How to Delete an Event (Coaches & Team Managers)
Sign-in to the PlayerFirst Club app.
Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.
Press the Schedule Tab on the bottom navigation.
Swipe right on the event you wish to cancel.
Select whether you want to notify athletes and/or parents.
Provide the reasoning for the deletion of the game (optional).
Press Delete Event.
How to Cancel an Event (Coaches & Team Managers)
Sign-in to the PlayerFirst Club app.
Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.
Press the Schedule Tab on the bottom navigation.
Swipe right on the event you wish to cancel and press the Cancel icon.
OR
Select the event you wish to make changes for and press the kebob button in the top right, then press the Cancel icon.Select whether you want to Notify athletes and/or parents and the reason for cancellation.
Press Cancel Event.
How to Add a Guest Player for an Event in the Club App (Coaches & Team Managers)
Sign in to your PlayerFirst Club App.
Click the Calendar icon,
Select the Event.
Select the Attendance tab.
Press Add Guest Player at the bottom of the attendance list.
Search the Player Name.
Select the Player.
Player will now appear on the Attendance for that event.
To remove the player, click Remove Guest Player button.
Auto-confirms that the added player is attending the event under Attendance & Status.
Note: Guest Player is able to view schedule, send emails and chat with the team until the event ends. Once the event ends, the Guest Player will no longer be able to view the schedule, send emails or chat with the team.
