The Access App Clubhouse

What is the Access App Clubhouse?

The Access App Clubhouse is a space where admin can view registration and product sales across all programs the admin has access to - all within the PlayerFirst Access App.

Logging in to the Access App to view the Clubhouse Page

  1. Open the Access App on your device.

  2. On the initial screen displayed, press Login.

  3. Enter your phone number that is associated with your PlayerFirst account. Press Log in with Code to receive a one-time code, or press Use Password Instead to enter your password.

  4. Once logged in, you will be directed to the Clubhouse.

Filtering on the Clubhouse Page

By default, the Clubhouse page is filtered to Events & Tournaments and Leagues. To remove those default filters, press the Reset filter at the top right of the page.

Programs listed are within the program's date range or have a program start date within 14 days.

Events & Tournaments and Leagues will be the initial filter applied by default.

Brands

All brands that you have access to will display here.

All sports that you have access to will display here.

All Sports will be the initial filter applied by default.

Region

All regions that you have access to will display here.

All Regions will be the initial filter applied by default.

Clubhouse Dashboard Data

The tiles displayed at the top of the Clubhouse page will display totals for all of the programs that are displaying on the page, based on the filters being applied.

  • Registrations: Quantity of registration sales and dollars invoiced.

  • Products: Quantity of product sales (gate, parking, and other) and dollars invoiced.

  • States in Play: Unique states across program locations.

  • Total Sales: Each program row shows registration sales that program's registration goal.

    • The progress bar fills as registrations approach the goal and turns green when the goal is met.

      • Programs without a registration goal do not show a bar.

Viewing Program Details

  1. On the Clubhouse homepage, select the program that you would like to view more specific data on.

  2. Once on the Program Details page, there will be a breakdown of data including...

    • Registration Totals

      • Registrations and Total Invoiced

    • Registration Budget

      • # of Registrations

      • Invoiced Amount

      • Max Discount + Scholarship

    • Product Breakdown

  3. At the bottom of the page, click the View Event button to be directed to that specific event within the Access App.

    1. Once pressed, you will arrive on the program's homepage. To go back to the Clubhouse page, use the hamburger menu in the top right, and select Clubhouse.
