Log In and Find Your Event

Log In and Find Event

  1. Login with your account, or press Continue as Guest to jump right in.

  2. Search by event name or browse events near you under Nearby.

  3. Use the Sport, State, Date, and Gender filters to narrow your results, then press your event to open it.

  4. Your event's home page has quick links to Search Teams, Find Games, My Teams, My Games, and Locations.

How to Find Your Team and Set as a Favorite

Find Your Team and Favorite

  • Search your team's name, or press Gender or Division to narrow the list. Press your team to view its Schedule, Standings, and Bracket.

  1. Set as Favorite

    • Press the Bell next to your team in the search results, or press Follow on your team's page to set a team as Favorite.

  2. View Your Favorites

    • Press My Teams on your event's home page to see every team you've saved. Press a team to jump straight to its page.

  3. Remove a Favorite

    • Press the filled-in bell again, or press Unfollow on the team's page.

How to Find Games, Schedules, Standings, and Brackets

Find Games

  1. Choose a Division

    • Press All Divisions, choose a division.

  2. Filter the Schedule

    • Press Field, Status, or Time to narrow the schedule.

  3. Standings & Bracket

    • Press Standings to view the division's standings, or Bracket to view its bracket.

  4. My Games

    • Press My Games on your event's home page to see Upcoming and Past games for the teams you follow.

  5. Game Details

    • Press any game, then More Info to see its location, date, field, and game type.

How to Find Your Fields (Locations)

Field Locations

  • Find where your games are being played, get directions, and see every field at the venue.

  • Locations are available from a game's details or from your event's home page.

  1. Find a Game's Location

    • Press a game (in My Games or Find Games), then press More Info to see its location, date, field, and game type.

  2. Get Directions

    • Press the address to open it in Google Maps.

  3. Locations

    • Press Locations on your event's home page to see the venue on a map with its address and a list of every field.

  4. Fields

    • Press a field to filter to a specific one.

How to View a Field Map

Field Map

  • View the venue map for your event, including fields, parking, and other key spots.

  1. Open Maps

    • Press Maps on your event's home page to view the field map.

  2. Venue Address

    • Press the arrow at the bottom of the map to see the venue's address.

  3. Zoom & Move

    • Pinch to zoom in on fields and facilities, and drag to move around the map!

How to Buy Tickets (Shop)

Shop

  • Buy event admission and passes right in the app from the Shop tab.

  • Items are sorted into categories like Coach Gate, Fast Pass, and Gate (These depend on the type of event)

  1. Choose a Category

    • Press a category to see the items available for this event.

  2. Add to Cart

    • Press Add next to an item. You'll be asked to log in with your phone number to complete your purchase.

  3. Browse Other Categories

    • Press Back to return to the Shop and browse other categories.

  4. View Event Purchases

    • Press View Event Purchases to see anything you've already bought for this event.

Event Menu

  • The icons at the top right of your event's home page let you sign the waiver, read broadcasts, and open the event menu.

  1. Sign Waiver

    • Press the waiver icon to open your event's waiver and sign it.

  2. Broadcast Messages

    • Press the megaphone icon to read messages from event staff.

  3. Event Menu

    • Press the menu icon to jump to the event menu (Teams, Games, Locations).

  4. Staff & App Info

    • Scroll down on the menu to find Enter Staff Code, About PlayerFirst Access, Contact Us, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

  5. Exit Event

    • Press Exit Event at the bottom of the menu to leave the event and return to the start screen.
