How to Create/Edit an Add-On

How to Create an Add-On for a Single Program

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click the Add-Ons tab at the top.

  5. Existing Add-Ons Table: This is where any add-ons for your selected program will live. To create a new add-on for the program, click the Plus button.

  6. Fill out the fields accordingly for the Add-On:

Type

Select if this is a Program or Product Add-On.

Program/Product

Select the Program/Product that will be the Add-On.

Division

* Displays if a Program Add-On

Select the Program's Division you want display.

Explanation

Appears when displayed as an add-on within the program registration flow. In other areas such as for a waiver, the add-on will inherit the description from the product.

Order

The order this will appear on the add-on screen. Not supported for waiver add-ons.

Special Price

Special pricing is not available for product add-ons, only program registration.

Overrides a product's 'Price' and program's 'Program Cost'. Not available for subscription products, marketplace, or waiver add-ons. Does not include fees.

Total Special Price

Price displayed during registration. Includes fees. Overrides a product's 'Price' and program's 'Program Cost'. Not available for subscription products, marketplace, or waiver add-ons.

Start Showing/Stop Showing

The dates you want the Add-On to be displayed.

Restrict Divisions

If you want the Add-On to only be displayed for specific divisions.

By default, all divisions within the programs are shown.

Restrict to Teams

If you want the Add-On to only be displayed for specific teams.

By default, all teams within the divisions are shown.

Show During Registration

Select Brand Recommendations.

Show During Waivers

Customer sees at the end of the waiver process.

Only available for product Add-Ons, not programs.

Automatic

Enable to have the Add-On automatic selected for the customer.

Required

Enable to make the Add-On required for customers during checkout.

How to Add a Product as Add-On to Multiple Programs

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.

  3. Create your product, or if it's already created, click the Pencil button in the actions column of the product.

  4. On the Product Details page, click the As Add-On button.

  5. Above the Targeted as an Add-On table, click the Plus button.

  6. Fill out the fields accordingly for the Add-On:
